Is SpiderSALOON really free?
Yes. The Free plan includes up to 30 appointments each month, a branded booking page, a stylist app and calendar, online payment support, email confirmations and email reminders.
Do I need my own website?
No. You can share your SpiderSALOON booking page directly through social media, messaging apps or QR codes, or link it from an existing website.
Can customers pay online?
Yes. All plans support online payments through supported third-party payment gateways. Gateway transaction charges apply.
Are WhatsApp messages included in the $15 plan?
Pro+ includes WhatsApp confirmation and reminder functionality. WhatsApp/Meta and provider messaging fees are billed separately according to usage and applicable rates.
Can I send invoices to customers?
Yes. Pro+ includes invoice generation and email delivery, with the ability to include a payment link.
Can you connect a local payment gateway?
Country-specific payment gateway integrations can be evaluated on request and may require an additional one-time integration fee.
Does SpiderSALOON take a commission on bookings?
SpiderSALOON does not add a percentage-based booking commission. Your payment gateway's standard transaction fees may still apply.
Can I upgrade when my salon grows?
